NAD+ Chinese name: nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, referred to as coenzyme I, as an essential coenzyme and NAD+-dependent adenosine diphosphate ribosyltransferase, cyclic-derived ADP ribose polymerase, type III histone deacetylase in the oxygen come reduction process, the only substance that can be utilized, involved in cellular material metabolism, energy synthesis, cellular DNA repair and many other physiological activities.
ACMETΕA W+NMN acts mainly through NAD+, which is an important coenzyme of the tricarboxylic acid cycle, promoting the metabolism of sugars, fats and amino acids and participating in the synthesis of energy in the body. nAD+ is also the only substrate for coenzyme I depleting enzymes (the only substrate for DNA repair enzyme PARP, the only substrate for long-lived protein Sirtuins, cyclic ADP ribose synthase the sole substrate for CD38/157).
In recent years, scientists have made tremendous breakthroughs in the fight against ageing, particularly in the study of NAD +, a key molecule for slowing down human ageing and improving health.
Numerous human and animal studies have shown that NAD+ has an irreplaceable role in our bodies, but its availability decreases dramatically with age. As NAD+ decreases in our bodies, we begin to age, gradually experiencing ageing skin, reduced physical function, less energy, reduced muscle levels, increased inflammation and the onset of various diseases. We may not be able to stop the passage of time, but we may be able to boost our NAD+ levels with additional supplementation.
NAD+ has a powerful role in cells, regulating cellular ageing and maintaining normal body function, from body metabolism to DNA repair. You can't live without NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide), which is why it is so important for human life. Over time, NAD+ levels in the body decline significantly and we begin to age, gradually experiencing ageing skin, less energy, reduced muscle levels, poor sleep, increased inflammation, and a variety of diseases.
All this research proves that NAD+ plays a vital role in the process of immortality, and that if we take enough NAD+, we can gradually rejuvenate our declining body functions.
In fact, although the NAD+ theory has been around for a long time, it has not been used by the general public. The molecular weight of NAD+ is too large to be taken orally into cells, and the structure of NAD+ is completely destroyed when it passes through the body's digestive system, making it difficult for it to work on cells.
Scientists never stopped exploring and started to look at the molecular level, and were surprised to find that we could boost NAD+ levels by supplementing with the NAD+ precursor, ACMETΕA W+NMN.
It was found that the supplementation of ACMETΕA W+NMN could open up different channels to enhance the effect of anti-aging factor SIRT and gene repair factor PARP1, in addition to boosting NAD+.
